Service Fee (Diagnostic Visit)

A $75 service fee is required for all diagnostic visits.

This fee covers:

• Travel to your location

• Time spent diagnosing the issue

​

The service fee is non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service fee may be applied toward the total repair cost.

Estimates & Approval

After diagnosing the issue, we will provide a clear explanation of the problem and a quote for repair.

• No repair work will be performed without your approval

• You will always know the cost before any work begins

Repair Pricing

Repair costs vary depending on:

• Appliance type and brand

• Nature of the issue

• Required parts and labor​

All pricing is communicated upfront and must be approved before proceeding.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $75 service charge.

Parts & Availability

Some repairs may require ordering parts.
Delays may occur based on part availability, manufacturer timelines, or shipping.

Service Limitations

We service major household appliances only.

We do not repair small appliances, including but not limited to:

• Vacuums

• Blenders

• Mixers

• Countertop appliances

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
